Adverse Event

If you experience an adverse event from the use of our Fat Freezing Belts, you must contact us immediately. We will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping charges, only if this adverse event is reported within 30 days of receipt of the product. The adverse event must be properly documented, preferably by a doctor’s evaluation or by photos. If the adverse event occurs on an individual who is not the purchaser and authorised user of the product, the event must still be reported.

You must include your name, address and phone number to ensure the refund is applied correctly. You must return all components, except any items advertised as free gifts, in order to be issued a refund. Our customer services will issue a refund (either by original credit card refund or by mailing a refund check) within 14 business days of receiving the returned merchandise, provided the return qualifies for a refund consistent with these terms.
